Plans

• Pay as you go — free to start with $5 credit, top up as you go, metered per host-hour. One lab at a time.
• Pro ($29/mo) — for a solo practitioner: $25/mo of included lab compute, the built-in AI SOC analyst, up to 5 concurrent labs.
• Team ($99/mo) — everything in Pro for the whole team: create an organization, invite and assign users, $75/mo of shared included compute, consolidated billing and an audit log.
• Enterprise / MSSP — committed-use, provisioned with our team: SSO, higher limits, white-label reports, and multi-tenant client management.

Compute is metered against your credit or plan allowance and never billed after the fact. Optional automatic top-up keeps a workspace funded so a lab never stops mid-session.

Organizations & roles

Everyone starts as an individual workspace. Organizations are opt-in and a Team or Enterprise feature: an owner creates one, which mints a private org id (never your email domain), and teammates join only by invite. Each member has a role:

• Owner / Admin — manage the org, billing, members, and settings.
• Operator — launch and run labs.
• Viewer — read-only.

When a Team subscriber creates an organization, their subscription and credit move onto the org so entitlement follows them and nothing is double-billed.

MSSP multi-tenancy

An MSSP organization is a parent that owns isolated client orgs. Each client is billed to its own balance; the console rolls up consolidated totals and per-client allocation, and reports are white-labeled per client. Clients are managed, invited, and removed from the Org Console's Clients tab.
